My favorite chocolate chip cookie. Use any jello you like. My last batch was made with cheesecake jello pudding mix. Choose your pan based on what style of cookie you like. Up here in the Pac NW a stone gives me a cookie that raises but doesn't spread. I prefer a flat cookie on a metal sheet but I add a minute of cook time for an air sheet.

Ingredients

  1. 2 1/4 cupflour
  2. 1 tspbaking soda
  3. 1 cupbutter(softened)
  4. 3/4 cupbrown sugar(packed)
  5. 1/4 cupwhite sugar
  6. 1 box (3.4 oz)instant vanilla pudding
  7. 2eggs
  8. 1 tbspvanilla extract
  9. 2 cupsemisweet chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

    Pre-heat oven to 350.

    Sift together flour and baking soda, set aside.

    In mixer, slowly combine butter, brown sugar, white sugar, pudding, eggs, and vanilla.

    Add flour with baking soda to mix.

    Add chocolate chips.

    Place on cookie sheet. I prefer a cookie scoop for more uniform cookies.

    Put in oven 12-15 minutes depending on your oven.

    Remove, let set 5 to 6 minutes. Move to cooling rack. Serve or freeze.
