Rich Chocolate Pound Cake Valentine's Day Rich Chocolate Pound Cake Valentine's Day
My husband requested "Chocolate cake that's rich but not too sweet." I made 3 different cakes, and my husband said "this one is the best!"The margarine and eggs might separate because there are more eggs. Please don't bother and add chocolate if they separate. You can keep it for a couple of days in the refrigerator, but since there is a lot of chocolate in the cake, it will be quite hard directly out of the refrigerator. Please bring the cake back to room temperature and enjoy. Recipe by Nyanyadeko cookpad.japan -
Rich Chocolate Truffle Cake for Valentine's Rich Chocolate Truffle Cake for Valentine's
I wanted to make a rich and moist cake so I baked one without using flour.Decorate it with a marble pattern to make a pretty cake that is good for gifts.※1 Eliminating the foamy texture of the meringue makes the cake moist and dense.※2 If the white chocolate hardens too early, melt it using a hair dryer before adding the dark chocolate. Do not warm the chocolate after adding the dark chocolate because doing so will blur the patterns. Recipe by Akito mama cookpad.japan -
Fluffy, Melt In Your Mouth Chocolate Gateau Fluffy, Melt In Your Mouth Chocolate Gateau
The cake will be very different depending on the amount of chocolate and butter. When there isn't enough flour, it will become hard, so I made it to be just the right stiffness. If you are using chocolates which are not sweet, adjust the amount of granulated sugar you use to your liking.Whipping the meringue is the most important process. Make sure to whip up a stiff meringue. It tends to be a hard cake if there ins't enough flour.I use lots of flour. That makes the cake fluffy. Recipe by ko-ko cookpad.japan -

Chocolate Cake Chocolate Cake
I made this cake imagining a cake which was made in a cartoon on Valentine. If you know what I am talking about, please give it a try.The amount of sugar for the pound cake is for the cake to be slightly sweetened. Adjust the amount to your liking If you make a cut in the dough before baking the cake, the cake would be baked nicely. Please make the time to chill after putting the creamy chocolate in between the cake to be at least 3 hours. Unless it will fall apart when you take it out. Recipe by Sarichirusan cookpad.japan -

Chocolate Amandine (Tart) Chocolate Amandine (Tart)
Before, I made this using a cookie crust and adding walnuts and pine nuts to chocolate cream. To simplify, I made this amandine chocolate version. Rather than using apricot jam, I used orange-like marmalade jam for a glossy finish. The tart is chilled throughout the process to prevent it from expanding. If you use powdered sugar for the cookie crust, it will be crispy. You can also grind some granulated sugar up with an electric mixer. If you add the granulated sugar as-is, it will be difficult to incorporate smoothly into the dough. If you use castor sugar, it will be moist. Recipe by narimi mama cookpad.japan -
