Cooking Instructions

Wash your meat and boil with salt, pepper, seasoning cube and a little water

Once the meat is soft, wash your fish and add, put more water and the oil. Allow to boil very well then add your egusi and stir

Always stir so that it does not burn. Add salt, pepper and your seasoning. After like 10mins you add your washed ukazi allow to simmer for 5mins enjoy
