Ingredients

  1. Rice
  2. Tintomatoes
  3. Scotch bonnet
  4. Onion
  5. Red pepper
  6. Salt
  7. Seasoning
  8. Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Set your pot on fire and pour water into it,if the water boil. Pour your rice in,to per boil. If done pour the rice into corlender and wash with cool water.

    In a separate pot,pour oil,onion,tin tomatoes fry for some minute then add your granded ginger,garlic,scotch bonnet and red pepper stir very well and a lot it to fry.

    Add water,salt and seasoning a lot it to boil very well.

    If boil pour your rice and let it cook

    It can be served with salad,fry plantain,macaroni salad e.t.c. I served my with couslow
