Oyster Minced Chicken Congee

Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsCooked Rice
  2. 2 cupsChopped Celery
  3. 1 cupOrganic Minced Chiciken
  4. 1 cupRaw Oysters
  5. 1 tspolive oil
  6. 1 tbspminced garlic
  7. 1 cupchopped onion
  8. 1 tbspminced ginger
  9. To tasteSalt and Pepper
  10. 6 cupsWater

Cooking Instructions

    Cook rice with rice cooker and set it aside

  2. 2

    Boil a pot of hot water, add oysters and cook for 30 seconds,Set it aside

  3. 3

    Add olive oil into a soup pot

  4. 4

    Add garlic, ginger and onion into the pot and cook for 5 minutes

  5. 5

    Add minced chicken and stir until it‘s cooked

  6. 6

    Add cooked rice and water to a boil and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.

  7. 7

    Once the rice has smoothed out and the congee is the texture you'the like, add oysters and celery, bring it to boil again and cook for 5 minutes

  8. 8

    Add salt and pepper
