Begin to fold in a circular motion until it turns golden brown, transfer into a colander to remove the oil. Remove the bone and enjoy

Slow Cooker Jerk Chicken
For me, jerk chicken was a delicious treat that I only had at a restaurant. I never thought that I would make it for myself or if it would be any good. For our honeymoon, my wife and I went to Jamaica. Dang, the jerk chicken was amazing there, along with all of the other food we had down there. I did not want to leave.While walking along the beach there one day, we ran into the chef of the amazing jerk chicken that we had. He was such a nice guy. Taking the chance, I asked for the recipe. All he did was smile. That night at dinner, he came out to our table, handed us a piece of paper, and then returned to the kitchen.Somehow, we scored the recipe. I tried it once, before we got the slow cooker. It was good, but not as good as his. We did not have any scotch bonnet peppers, so we did not have that great taste. I used to make my own jerk spice blend, from the recipe that he gave us. It is amazing on pizza. Try it one day. For this recipe, I included the blend that he gave us.This go around, I cheated and used a store bought jerk spice blend. I do not have the time right now to make it on my own. But once I do, I will. You betchum! I went online to see how I could convert this recipe to a slow cooker. It was not that hard.This will go great with anything, especially coconut rice and peas.Enjoy!

Chicken stuffed rice(tah-chin morgh)
This is a yummy Persian rice dish. you can easily make it and enjoy the irresistible taste and aroma of saffron with rice and chicken. If you have the chance to find Iranian rice you will feel the amazing taste and aroma of rice as well. For decoration, we use barberry and pistachio. Wash the barberry, drain it leave to dry. fry it with a little oil just for 2 minutes. Since it has a sour taste you can add 2 spoons of sugar while frying.

I love food lol but my favorite soup of all, is this beautiful palm nut soup. The flavor of the palm nut is indescribable and delicious 😋! The palm tree is just amazing that you can get wine from it and it’s no low class wine either! Palm oil is a must for a lot of Igbo dishes and of course the palm nut soup 🍜 is time consuming but so worth it !

Goes great with home-made naan!Where the Red comes from:The idea is to get all the Red from chilies 🌶 - but that would make it too hot 🥵 for most to eat... so you can sub some spice with Red Food Color, Paprika, or Beet Juice.Make it your way:As long as you have 1+ cups of yoghurt , 2+ cloves of garlic, 1tsp+ of salt, and some chicken in an airtight bag in the fridge for 4+ hours, the processing will happen, and it will taste great. Everything else is up to you!Notes:- Don’t cook this inside (the spice)- Wash your hands after touching the peppers- the heat is in the pepper seeds.. you can leave them in, or wash them out.
