I love teaching, not mathematics or English language but anything pastry. I had kids for our Summer bake camp and I needed to have variety of pastry to teach and this came out after much experimentations

Fish roll is one of the Nigerian street food. I so much love this recipe. When I was in secondary school I always loved to buy it. I decided To make this yummy fish roll with flaky dough and delicious fillings. OMG🥺 it was so delicious and my family and I really enjoyed it. I’m not exaggerating but you need to try this. Talking about it now makes me salivate. I feel like having this again

Must especially in the evening I like eating any kind of snack,I don't no what to do,I now decided to use my remaining small yam,but the yam can't be enough for us,I decide to add much onion and also use flour so that to be plenty. So easy and delicious soft bread.

Its my first time making sausage roll and i bet from the outcome if i don’t mention it, you won’t tell. Its so refreshing when you get something right!!! 😁😁😁. And i made sure to really double on the sausage!!! 😀This can pass for a 4 star sausage. Even you will testify 🤣🤣

Each and every bite is worth it... but way tooo sweet. Next time i’ll skip all sugar(zero sugar in the dough and cream cheese as glaze)...
