Whisk the egg & set aside. Flatten out each bread. Brush the four sides with egg. Smear the nutella on one side & place some grated coconut on the nutella spread

Roll and set aside. Do same for the remaining bread slices.

In a fry pan, add a little butter. When melted, add in the rolls and allow to brown on each side. Tk off the heat and serve

Ready to go with tea or any drink of your choice. Enjoy
