Ingredients

  1. For the filling
  2. Cut Carrots,cut cabbage,add dry pepper,maggi and Seasoning,and steam over low heat.keep aside
  3. 1 tablespoonCorn flour
  4. Salt
  5. Water as required
  6. 2Eggs
  7. 1/2 teaspoonBaking powder
  8. 2 cupsFlour

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve flour,add corn flour and salt,add water and mix very well to dissolve all the lumps.

    Place a non sticker pan on the heat.dip brush in mixture/batter and spread on non-stick pot make sure is thin.

  3. 3

    Allow wrap to start coming up from the edge then peel.clean with wet cloth,repeat till ot finishes. Cool the cooked wrappers separately before overlapping.

    Cut into rectangle shape and fold in already prepared fillings and roll.heat up vegetable oil and fry till golden brown.
