Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsFlour
  2. 3 tbspsButter
  3. 1 tbspSugar
  4. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 1/2 tspyeast
  7. 6-8tbspns of water
  8. Fish 2 medium sizes
  9. 1 tbspOnion
  10. 1tpsp of grated pepper
  11. Seasoning n spices
  12. 1 tbspoil
  13. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    In a clean bowl sift all d dry ingredients,add butter n mix till it starts to crumble

    Mix d yeast wv water 4tbsps till it rise n add to flour n mix

    Add mr water till u get smooth dough

    Cover d dough wv cling film for five minutes,while u prepare ur fillings

  5. 5

    Steam d fish with spices,onions, when done. Allow to cool,remove d bones,n using a fork mash it

    Add oil to pan,add onions,pepper,seasoning n spices n sit fry for 3 minutes...the moisture should b retain n not dry

    Dust ur board n rolling pin n roll d dough,using a knife cut it into a rectangular shape of 1cm thickness n fill each wv ur filling n gently roll it to the end. Repeat wv d remains dough

    Fry in a preheated oil till golden brown on a medium heat. Good for breakfast or in between meals. Enjoy
