  1. 500 gramcauliflower
  2. 1medium capsicum cut in cubes
  3. 1medium carrot
  4. 1medium onion cut in cubes
  5. 2tbsn gram flour or besan
  6. 2tbsn maida or cornflour
  7. 2tsn salt
  8. 1/2tsn red chilli powder
  9. 2tsn ginger garlic paste
  10. 2tsn oil
  11. 2tbsn garlic chopped
  12. 1tsp black pepper
  13. 1tsp soya sauce
  14. 1tsp red chilli sauce
  15. 1tsp green chilli sauce
  16. 1tsp tomato ketchup
  17. Oil for frying
  18. Chopped coriander and sesame seeds for garnishing

    First of all wash cauliflower and cut florets.

    In a bowl add maida and besan. Add 1 tsn ginger garlic paste, 1 tsn salt and red chilli powder. You can add a pinch of red food colour. Make a paste with little water. Add cauliflower florets and coat well.

    Fry fritters in hot oil on medium high flame.

    In a pan heat oil and add chopped garlic and remaining ginger garlic paste. Add vegetables like capsicum, onion and carrots and saute it. Add sauces like red chilli, green chilli, soya sauce and tomato ketchup. Mix well. Add 1 tsn salt and black pepper.

    Add fritters in it and mix well untill sauces coated on it.

    Our veg crispy is ready, garnish it with some sesame seeds and chopped coriander and serve hot. Enjoyyyy...
