Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

In a mixing bowl take corn flour and all-purpose flour, ginger garlic paste, Black Pepper powder, salt and sugar.

  2. 2

Mix all the Ingredients and add little water at a time and mix it. Make a smooth and lumps free liquidy batter. I have used little less than 1/2 cup of water for the batter.

  3. 3

Add all the cut vegetables into the batter and coat it nicely.

  4. 4

At the same time, put a pan on Stove and add enough Oil to deep fry the mushrooms.

  5. 5

Once the Oil is hot, add the coated vegetables into the pan and fry them in medium flame.

  6. 6

After 2-3 minutes turn them with the help of a turner.

  7. 7

Fry them evenly till golden brown.
Transfer the fried vegetables on a tissue lined plate.

  8. 8

Take the excess oil out of the pan or add 1 ½ tablespoons of oil into a different pan.

  9. 9

Add chopped garlic, spring onions to it and saute on a high flame.

  10. 10

Add soy sauce, tomato sauce and chilli sauce, salt to taste to it.

  11. 11

Combine the sauces well and add fried vegetables to it.

  12. 12

Coat the vegetables into the sauce and turn off the flame.

  13. 13

Crispy veg is ready to serve. Garnish with green onion sprig or freshly chopped cilantro.
