Cooking Instructions

All the ingredients you need

Add flour, sugar and salt together
- 3
Add milk, oil and egg together and add it to the flour mix,
Mix well till its well incorporated

Make sure no lumps

Heat very little oil (you don't want your pancake to be soggy) in non stick pan
Add the batter, like half cup to the pan, let it fry a bit till it changes color a bit and bring out bubbles, then flip to the other side
Note: fry on very low heat. Serve with ice-cream, syrup, fruits etc
