First place the soaked rice in a colandar and place over a pot of boiling water add half a cup of cooking oil and a pinch of salt, stir well, cover and keep steaming until it is almost done, then add the diced onion and allow it to cook until it is done

For the sauce, start by frying the cooked beef, pour in the pepper paste, add seasoning and a pinch of salt, stir and cover, allow it to cook and then turn off the fire
