If the line for the Drive-Thru is out to the street, you might as well turn around and make these at home.

Cooking Instructions

1 Hour
  1. 1

Prepare your veggies and cheese to cut and grate. Wash and dry potatoes. Stab semi-violently with a fork. Wrap potatoes in plastic wrap and (Don’t judge me haha) put in microwave and heat the potato button. Unwrap and allow to cool.

  2. 2

Preheat oven to 400F. Very carefully, with a very sharp knife, cut the potatoes into four sections. Proceed to slice into French fry formation. Fry in 400F oil 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Use your judgement.

  3. 3

Heat them with salt immediately. Allow to drain and move to a pan. Load up the fries with your cut and grated items along with some bacon bits. Save a pinch of scallions.

  4. 4

Bake roughly 15 minutes until cheese has melted. Goes good with a burger. I never said it’s healthy, but it is tasty.
