Loaded Fries

If the line for the Drive-Thru is out to the street, you might as well turn around and make these at home.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare your veggies and cheese to cut and grate. Wash and dry potatoes. Stab semi-violently with a fork. Wrap potatoes in plastic wrap and (Don’t judge me haha) put in microwave and heat the potato button. Unwrap and allow to cool.
- 2
Preheat oven to 400F. Very carefully, with a very sharp knife, cut the potatoes into four sections. Proceed to slice into French fry formation. Fry in 400F oil 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Use your judgement.
- 3
Heat them with salt immediately. Allow to drain and move to a pan. Load up the fries with your cut and grated items along with some bacon bits. Save a pinch of scallions.
- 4
Bake roughly 15 minutes until cheese has melted. Goes good with a burger. I never said it’s healthy, but it is tasty.

When it comes to home fries, I prefer them crispy on the outside. Therefore, I like to dice them into small bite size pieces to ensure can be air fried evenly all the way through and are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. How do you like yours? Air Fry with Me -

Ive had this 3 times now and love it , I cant wait to use a smoked butt from my other recipes and add it to this with the fries & other toppings. But the original recipe for a slow cooker is below. I think this with a smoked butt will be very good 😌. ( also a kid pleaser meal I take out what they dont like I have one who dont like the green onion what I think makes this dish even better, and one that don’t like sour cream, so I leave that stuff instead of putting it all over like you should and just plate it all separately to ppls likings . Just a little side note) 🌈NinjaMommaKitchen🌈 -
