Ingredients

2servings
  1. 2ripe avocados
  2. 2ripe bananas
  3. Dates(pitted washed and soaked in water to get soft)
  4. Milk(powdered or evaporated)
  5. Groundnuts for garnishing (optional)
  6. Yogurt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash, peel and cut fruits into smaller chunks

  2. 2

    Get blender ready, pour in the milk and yogurt

  3. 3

    Add the fruits and dates

  4. 4

    Blend on a high speed until creamy and smooth

  5. 5

    Garnish with groundnut and serve.

  6. 6

    Best enjoyed when chilled. It's filling, yummy, healthy and above all, natural.
