African Suya Meat Skewers 🐘 African Suya Meat Skewers 🐘
-Recipe from the Cookpad Home Academy workshop 🏡💚 during "African Night"- 🐘A delicious skewer that transports you to Africa with the first bite! Typical of Nigeria and Cameroon, this skewer features a spice mix called "Suya," which gives it its name. This mix can be used for meat, fish, and even rice and pasta! While the meat is usually cooked directly over fire or coals, we made it in a pan or on a griddle, and it turned out delicious. I'll also share how we prepared a sauce that, while not typically African, is a perfect fusion of flavors that pairs ideally with the suya and the meat!! 😍 Sara PATranslated from Cookpad Spain -

Spice-ly Sweet Slow Cooker Pork Ribs Spice-ly Sweet Slow Cooker Pork Ribs
I made a mix of spices based on another recipe but had leftover of spice mix. I CAN'T throw it away when it's perfectly good! So after thawing out some pork ribs, I had to do something with the leftover spice. Waste not, want not. And here it is, a spice-ly sweet pork rib dish? Because the measurements are only an estimate, adjust according to taste. Mix together the measurements, have a taste (yes, the dry mix) before marinading or mixing it together with the raw pork, and then dump it all together in the slow cooker and you're good to go. You can actually add carrots, root vegetables or capsicum/bell peppers into it. Marsha M -

Chili Oil Tofu(油泼豆腐) Chili Oil Tofu(油泼豆腐)
This tofu dish is super easy but so satisfying. I boil the tofu first, tear it by hand, then pour hot chili oil all over — it soaks up all the flavor. Spicy, garlicky, and great with a bowl of rice. One of my favorite quick meals! Enjoy! Dandanyummyfood -
