A little spicy….a little sweet. I promise you can’t tell it’s not fried in oil! Try it out!!!

Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees. (Counter top air fryer)

Make two batches of your seasoning mix. One will be used to season your chicken the other will be used to season your flour. To make seasoning mix simply mix all seasonings listed in a bowl thoroughly.

Mix milk and hot sauce in a bowl. Placed chicken inside mixture and marinate for 20 minutes.

Remove chicken from marinate. Season chicken front and back with seasoning mix.

Add seasonings to flour. Dredge seasoned chicken in flour and placed on foil lined sheet pan.

Using a marinade brush lightly brush oil over each piece of chicken being sure to cover all of the flour. If you do not cover the flour with oil when you place the chicken in the air fryer you will end up with parts that are not crispy and have flour residue.

Flip the chicken and oil the other side.

Once your air fryer is ready place chicken in 3 to 4 pieces at a time. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes depending on your air fryer. Flip chicken halfway between cooking time. If you notice any raw flour spots on your chicken when flipping it just add a dab of oil.

Once the chicken is done top with additional Cajun seasoning, dried parsley, and drizzle with honey.
