    Wash the beans and remove the outer skin completely then u add ur scotch bonnet and onions and blend it with water until smooth

  2. 2

    In a bowl add in your batter, seasonings, vegetable oil and a little water and mix them then get ur leather and put in small amounts until its finished then cook

  3. 3

    When its cooked then you serve with sauce of choice
