Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsflour
  2. 2 tbspmelted butter
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. Water as required
  5. Filling
  6. 2sardines (tin)
  7. Onion (diced)
  8. Pepper
  9. Seasoning of choice
  10. Garlic & ginger
  11. Oil
  12. Grated carrot
  13. Spring onions
  14. Flour & water mixture for glue

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Make your filling & set aside. Be sure not to use much oil. Make the dough & divide into portions

  2. 2

    Take the first portion, flatten it out thinly, make incision at one end and fold as seen below. Cut excess dough. Seal using flour & water mixture

  3. 3

    Do other shapes

  4. 4

    Fry in medium hot oil. Drain & enjoy.
