Ingredients

  1. yam
  2. sardine
  3. scotch bonnet
  4. onions
  5. oil
  6. egg
  7. curry
  8. spices
  9. garlic(optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the yam and cut into small chunks.rinse till clean add it into a pot and add enough water to cover it and add salt to it.boil it till it becomes soft.

    Check the yam if it is done drain the water.then mash the yam till smooth.

  3. 3

    Add your chop onions and scotch bonnet and spices and curry and mix them together until it is well combined.

    Whisk your egg in a bowl.

  5. 5

    Mould the mash yam to small balls.

  6. 6

    Dip the yam balls into the egg and fry it
