Steps

Peel the banana's and slice them in desired sizes. Salt them and leave them to absorb the salt

Mix gram flour, baking powder coriander, ginger, salt and spices of your choice. I used dhana jeera.

Add water to the mixture to make a thick pasted.

Add the banana slices to the paste
- 5
Heat oil and deep fry the banana coated with the paste
- 6
Serve while hot.
