  1. For the dough
  2. 2 cupsflour
  3. 1tspn active yeast
  4. 1 tbspnsugar
  5. Quarter cup warm water
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 2 tbspnolive oil
  8. Garlic powder and oregano (optional)
  9. Sauce
  10. 1 sachettomato paste
  11. 1 tbspnwhite vinegar
  12. Oregano
  13. Dry parsley
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. 3 tbspnolive oil
  16. Garlic powder
  17. Toppings
  18. Mozarella cheese
  19. Sweet corn
  20. Coloured bell peppers
  21. Sausage
  22. Onion

Cooking Instructions

    Activate ur yeast by adding warm water and sugar to the bowl of yeast and leave for 5mnts. After 5mnts add in ur olive oil, flour, oil and salt. Knead for 8-10mnts until you form a nice smooth dough. Rub oil on the dough and cover with cloth to rest in a warm place for an hour or until dough doubles in size.

    On low heat cook ur tomato paste, oil, seasonings and salt for 3mnts and set aside

    When ur dough is ready transfer to a baking tray..and flatten with hand. Rub ur sauce evenly then add ur cheese and other toppings. Add cheese again for the final layer...

    Pop ur tray into the oven for 30mnts at 190 degree c or 375 degree f.. ur home made pizza is ready. Hmmm yummy
