Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 2tblspn of yeast
  3. 2tblspn of sugar
  4. Warm water

Cooking Instructions

    In a clean bowl sieve your flour add your yeast sugar and pinch of salt mic them together then add your warm water little by little untill you make your soft dough cover and leave to restin a warm place for 30mint

  2. 2

    After 30mint then you bring out your dough and cut into 8 balls then dust your working surface with flour and roll out each ball into round or use anything round to remove the round shape depending on the size you want

  3. 3

    Use your brush and brush one side with oil then put your non stick pan brush with oil then put the side with no oil first after 2mint turn to the other side

  4. 4

    Your Lebanese bread 8s ready you can add your shawarma fillings or eat wit any soup of your choice
