Ingredients

  1. Cous cous
  2. Diced carrots
  3. Peas
  4. Chopped green beans
  5. Liver
  6. Seasoning
  7. Oil
  8. Bonnet pepper
  9. Onion

Cooking Instructions

    Wash liver and cut. Parboil peas,carrots and green beans

  2. 2

    Add sliced onion in hot oil then liver n fry. Add seasonings and carrots

  3. 3

    Add pepper n fry for some minutes. Your sauce is ready.

  4. 4

    Pour cous cous in a bowl,add oil and mix. Put parboiled vegetables

  5. 5

    Mix everything and then add hot water and cover. Let it drain the water it will be soft.
