Fried yam and kpamo stew

Cooking Instructions

Get your ingredients. Peel the yam and cut into long pieces. Pot oil on fire and allow to be hot. Then pour the yam. Allow to fry for 10 minutes.

Then cut your kpamo, cook it till soft and keep it aside. Start with frying the palm oil with ginger, garlic and turmeric. Then fry pepper and tomato with the cut onion. Add little potash if you notice it’s sour. Add very little water to get the watery soup.

Add your kpamo and allow to cook. Stir while it’s frying.
