Shishito Peppers and Fish Sausage Tempura Shishito Peppers and Fish Sausage Tempura

Old-Fashioned Fish Sausage Fried Bread Old-Fashioned Fish Sausage Fried Bread
As of late I haven't been able to get fish sausage bread, like I used to eat when I was a kid, so I made them myself. The came out even better then the ones I used to buy (maybe because they are fresh?)Keep the dough covered with plastic wrap or a dishcloth to prevent it from drying out.You only need about 4 cm of frying oil. If using that amount, just make sure to move them around a bit so they fry nice and evenly.I used Nissei brand fish sausages this time. Recipe by Homard Ebiko cookpad.japan -
Cute Heart-Shaped Fried Egg Cute Heart-Shaped Fried Egg
I was chosen as a tester for Nissui's fish sausages. I tried stir-fry and other recipes, but this fried egg was simple and cute so it's my favorite. When placing the toothpicks, be sure to insert them in a way that'll make them easy to remove from the outside. If not, you'll have to eat these with the toothpicks still there. Recipe by Madameasu cookpad.japan -
Crispy Fish Sausage and Corn Gyoza Crispy Fish Sausage and Corn Gyoza
My children love gyoza. I only had one fish sausage, and I thought about just cutting it up and wrapping it into the gyoza, but then I would end up with leftover gyoza skins, and it was a bit difficult to wrap... So I thought that I would mix it together in a blender with onions to make a paste, and I was able to make tons of gyoza.I use one 85 g fish sausage. You can put the fish sausage and onions into a blender to turn it into a paste. Recipe by Dokintan cookpad.japan -

Chicken and Garlic Stir-fry with Black Pepper Chicken and Garlic Stir-fry with Black Pepper
I ate a tasty squid version of this at a Thai restaurant near my home. I tried to make a chicken version. The key is to use a lot of garlic and black pepper. (It doesn't have much flavour if you only use a little.) I used skinless thigh meat, but it is also nice with chicken breast meat. Recipe by Setsubunhijiki cookpad.japan -
Roll Cake Roll Cake
Fluffy roll cakes taste great but the sponge tends to break quite easily so I improved the recipe and made it moist as well. Please adjust the amount of cream you use to your taste (I have a bit left over when I prepare 150 ml). When rolling the sponge, make sure you start with a tightly rolled center so that you can end up with a neater shape. Just be careful so that it doesn't crack. Recipe by *Halu* cookpad.japan -
