Cooking Instructions

Peel the yam and cut into desired shapes. Wash with water and fry in deep hot oil with a little amount of salt.

Cut the onion and tomato and grind the scotch bonnet.

Fry in little oil on medium heat for 3 mins. Break the eggs, add curry and maggi.
- 4
Pour into the pot and stir till well fried. Enjoy.
