Peel, cut and wash the yam with water.

Add pinch of salt to it and fry in hot oil.

For the sauce: in a pan, pour 3tbsp of oil, sliced onion and ginger, fry for 2mins. Add the peppers, maggi, Curry powder and pinch of salt. Stir for 2mins and add the eggs nd keep stirring for some minutes and enjoy.
