Ingredients

20-25 servings
  1. 4 cupsflour
  2. 1egg
  3. 1/2tbspoon of yeast
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. Minced meat
  6. Onion
  7. Scotch bonnet
  8. Parsley
  9. Cube
  10. Spices
  11. Oil
  12. Water

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve flour add yeast n salt,break egg into d mixture, add some water n make a soft and not sticky dough,cover with kitchen towel to allow to proof.

    Put some oil into a pan add diced onion stir fry until d onion is soft.

    Add minced meat into d onion, add grated scotch bonnet, parsley, spices,cubes n salt and fry,then set aside

    Dust d working surface wt flour bring d dough n knead to get rid of excess air, cut d dough into 20-25pieces, use hand to flattened each dough n put minced meat inside n cover it off,

    Break egg into a container add salt n put each ball in it and fry.Strain n serve
