Ingredients

  1. 1finger of unripe plantain (grated)
  2. 1 tinwhole wheat flour (sifted)
  3. 2 tbsppowder milk
  4. 1 tspgranulated sugar
  5. Scotch bonnet pepper (grated)
  6. Ginger (grated)
  7. Salt (pinch)
  8. Vegetable oil
  9. 1/4 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Add powdered milk, sugar and salt to the wheat flour. Add water and mix together to form batter.

    Add ginger and scotch bonnet pepper to the grated plantain. Mix together

    Mix plantain paste with batter

  4. 4

    Fry planta-wheat batter in vegetable oil at moderate heat until it is golden brown.

    Serve planta-wheat buns while they are still hot. Best enjoyed when served with warm milk.😋
