  2. Egg1
  3. Baking powder
  4. Salt(to taste)
  5. 250 gMeat
  6. Pepper and onion paste

    For the batter, sieve and mix the flour and baking powder and a pinch of salt

    Whisk the egg and add in
    Then add half a cup of and mix until it makes a dough and keep aside

  3. 3

    For the filling,stir fry your already minced meat on a low heat

  4. 4

    Then add the onion and pepper paste and keep stirring with a little oil until it turns kind of brown

  5. 5

    Roll the dough and cut into long strips of 15cm

  6. 6

    Then add the filling to a strip and roll

  7. 7

    Preheat oven and bake them until golden brown
