Ingredients

  1. 1 packvermicelli
  2. Green beans
  3. Carrots
  4. Fried scumbia
  5. Grated Scotch bonnet,tattashe
  6. Seasoning spices
  7. Curry/thyme
  8. Sliceonions
  9. Oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Pour oil in a pot add the vermicelli and fry on low heat until golden brown,drain in a colander to remove excess oil,add oil in the same pot add chop onions fry for some minute then add the Scotch bonnet and tattashe fry for 10 minutes

    Add water,spices then add the 🥕 and beans lock the pot and allow it to boil

    Add the fried vermicelli stir and allow it to cook

  4. 4

    Add the fried fish, mix then serve and enjoy
