  2. Yeast(2 tablespoons)
  3. Baking powder(1 teaspoon)
  4. 2eggs
  5. Sugar(6 tablespoons)
  6. Salt(little)
  7. Luke warm water

    In a bowl, add all dry ingredients nd mix, whisk ur egg in another bowl nd add to the mixture & mix it well, gradually be adding water nd make a softy batter, note that the batter should not be watery nor hard, but a little sticky. Then cover it nd keep it in a hot place to rise for 30mints, after it rises; stir the batter again nd fry it on a low heat till golden brown.
