  6. 1/2 teaspoonsalt

  8. 3/4 cupsugar (about 140 grams)
  9. 3/4 cupvegetable oil (about 170 grams)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 375°F.

    Wash and peel the carrots, then grate them finely.

    Mix the dry ingredients evenly (flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon).
