This sauce is very healthy, the old and the young can have it with any carbohydrate(plantain, potato, breadfruit, rice etc) of your choice

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1medium chunk chopped onion
  2. 1chilli pepper
  3. Garlic and ginger
  4. Salt
  5. 2 tbspvegetable oil
  6. 1fresh tomato

Cooking Instructions

    In a saucepan add the vegetable oil and heat up a bit

  2. 2

    Add the chopped onions, pepper, garlic and ginger then stir allow to simmer a bit.

    Add salt and add in the tomato and allow to simmer for 2 seconds then turn off the heat. Serve with boiled plantain or your choice
