  1. 1 bowlvermicilli
  2. 2 tbspcondensed milk
  3. 2 tbsp.Ghee
  4. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  5. 3-4pc.salted pistachio
  6. 1 cupcurd
  7. 1 cupsugar powder
  8. As neededSalted pistachio for garnishing

    Heat ghee in apan add vermicilli and saute cont. till it brown in colour. Now add 1/4tsp.cardamom powder condensed milk. Mix properly and immidiately transfer in a sillicon mould. And give a shape. Put in a freeze 5-10min. And Demould.

    Now Take hung curd in a bowl and add sugar powder beat well till it soft and smooth Add 1/4tsp cardamom powder. Fill in a vermicilli nest. Garnish with salted pistachio and sprinkle cardamom powder. Serve chilled. Yummy delicious Vermicilli nest with Maska dahi is ready. To Serve.
