Ingredients

  2. Carrot
  3. Scotch bonnet
  4. Mince meat
  5. Onion
  6. Green pepper
  7. Flour
  8. 1egg
  9. 1/2tspn of baking powder
  10. Oil to fry
  11. Milk 3tbspn of evaporated
  12. Pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Filling: in a pot put on the minced meat and chopped onions inside add thyme, ginger,1maggi,pinch of salt and cover to cooked. After it cooked add the grated scotch bonnet,add onions add the chop carrot and oil to fry small,at the end put on the green pepper and off the light

    In a bowl sieve the flour,put the salt,sugar,baking powder and bread the egg add milk and water,stir it well.put a small oil in a pan to fry it make it circle. After removing from the pan put the fillings and roll it.,if you like you can cut it into 2.enjoy....
