  1. Parboiled rice
  2. Scotch bonnets
  3. Red pepper
  4. Onion
  5. Ginger and garlic
  6. Veg oil
  7. Seasoning
  8. Spices
  9. Jollof rice spices(supreme)
  10. Italian seasoning
  11. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Grate your scotch bonnet,red pepper,onion,ginger and garlic altogether

  2. 2

    Slice onion and keep aside

  3. 3

    Fry your grated ingredients and stir fry it with veg oil

  4. 4

    Add seasoning,spices and a pinch of salt in it

  5. 5

    Add water and close the pot to boil

  6. 6

    Pour the parboiled rice to the boiling ingredients, Leave it to cook.

  7. 7

    When almost done,then you can add sliced onions and cook on low heat

  8. 8

    Serve!
