Ingredients

  1. Arish potatoes
  2. Kidney
  3. Red and green pepper
  4. Onions and garlic
  5. Spices and seasonings
  6. Oil
  7. Scotch bonnet

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel your arish ad cut into strips wash and drain add little salt then fry in your hot oil

  2. 2

    Wash your kidney qnd cut to your desired shaped add into your pot and boil for 5mint then keep aside

  3. 3

    Bring your pan add little oil add your garlic paste ad onions sotch bonnet then allow to soute for 5mint then add your kidney and red and green pepper put your spices qnd seasonings mix well then cover and leave for some minute

  4. 4

    Your arish and kidney sauce is ready to serve enjoy
