Ingredients

  1. Yam
  2. 4carrots- cubes
  3. 1onion- chopped
  4. 4seasoning cubes
  5. 3scotch bonnet chopped
  6. 1 tspblack pepper
  7. 1\2 tsp of garlic paste
  8. 1\2 cabbage
  9. Meat - fried
  10. 1 tspSalt
  11. Vegetables oil

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and cut the yam into cubes, wash and set aside

  2. 2

    Add the little salt and toss the contents

  3. 3

    Pour oil into the pan, when the oil is heated add a few yam and fry until crispy

  4. 4

    In a pan add a little oil, add chopped onions, garlic paste and black pepper. Fry for 2 minutes

    Add the veggies, meat, seasoning and the yam

  6. 6

    Add some water and cover the pot

  7. 7

    Cook for 10 minutes
