Ingredients

  1. Yam, palm oil
  2. Beans, onions
  3. Canneye pepper /scotch bonnet
  4. cubesMaggie yam porridge seasoning
  5. Ginger /garlic powder
  6. Meat /fish
  7. Curry/thyme

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and cook your beans together with the yam

  2. 2

    Wash and chopped the peppers together with the onions, in a cooking pot add in the palm oil fry the chopped ingredients on low heat.. Then add in the seasoning cubes, garlic and ginger powder curry and thyme and fry.. Then add water the cook beans and yam.

    Add another little water and allow it to cook again.. Done
