Ingredients

  1. 1 cupflour
  2. 1large eggs
  3. 1maggi seasoning
  4. 1/2tspn of salt
  5. 1/8tspn of baking powder
  6. 1 cupwater
  7. Vegetable oil
  8. Fillings
  9. 2large fresh carrots
  10. Quarter large cabbage
  11. Onions & scotch bonnet
  12. Seasoning & spices
  13. 2 tbspnvegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Water the cabbage & carrots, grate the carrots, onion & scotch bonnet all together in a grater, add the oil, seasoning, spices & curry & fry for 2 mins, add up the chopped cabbage, stir & allow it for 3mins on heat.

    Add up all the dry ingredients, add water & stir the mixture using whisker, crack the egg in it & whisk gently until the mixture is steady. Set the non stick pan on low flame & use brush to spread the mixture in the after greasing the pan with a little oil. Add the filling & cover both size as shown, roll like mat.

    Add up the watery mixture at the end as shown & roll it gently to cover the end.

    Fry in oil & enjoy.
