  2. 1 cupRice
  3. 1 ltrWater
  4. For Dal
  5. 1/2 cupArhar Dal
  6. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. as neededWater
  9. 2 dropMustard oil
  10. For Aloo Bhujiya
  11. 2big Potatoes
  12. 1 tspRed Chilli powder
  13. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  14. 1 tspGarlic paste
  15. to tasteSalt
  16. Mustard oil for frying
  17. For Masala Bhindi
  18. 250 gmLadyfingers/Bhindi
  19. 1 tbspOnion paste
  20. 1/2 tbspGarlic paste
  21. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  22. 1 tspChilli powder
  23. to tasteSalt
  24. 1/2 tspFenugreek seeds
  25. as neededOil
  26. For Raw Mango Chutney
  27. 1Raw Mango
  28. 2 clovesGarlic
  29. 1Dry Red Chilli
  30. Salt to taste 1 tsp Mustard oil

    For Rice - wash, drain and cook rice with water, then discard the water.

    For Dal - wash and cook arhar dal with salt, turmeric, oil and water for 3 whistle in cooker.

    For Aloo bhujiya - Peel and cut potato in long, thin stripes.

    Fry in oil with adding turmeric, chilli, garlic paste and salt.

    For Raw Mango Chutney - peel and cut mango, then grind in mixer with garlic cloves and dry red chilli.

    Add salt and mustard oil.

    Enjoy Dal, Rice, masala bhindi, lahsuni aloo bhujiya, raw mango chutney and fryums as lunch platter.
