Ingredients

  9. 1/4 tspsalt
  10. 1/4 tspsalt
  11. 1banana ripened
  12. 1banana ripened
  13. Vegetable oil warm water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a bowl,combine flour,sugar,salt,cinnamon and yeast together

  2. 2

    Add in your mashed banana

  3. 3

    Then gradually pour in warm water and mix to form a thick batter

  4. 4

    Cover the bowl and allow to rise for an hour

  5. 5

    Heat oil on medium heat

  6. 6

    Scoop the batter into the oil and fry until golden

  7. 7

    Drain excess oil and serve
