preheat oven 180°

in a large bowl mix the dry ingredients: flour , white sugar, salt

in a smal bowl mix the yeast and warm water and stir well then add it to the large bowl ( flour salt sugar)

the add the melted vegetable ghee (fat)

mix the brown sugar with the cinnamon and leave it

spread the dough on a clean table and add a little bit of flour to prevent sticking

spread the dough on rectangular shape

melt the butter and spread the butter on the dough
- 9
add the cinnamon and sugar mixture to the dough and spread it on all tge dough
- 10
roll the dough then cut it into small rolls and flip it in a large pan and put it in the oven for 15 to 20 min
