I made a muffin version of my Marbled Banana Bread. I love the combination of bananas and cinnamon so I wanted to use the pairing in something.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Roughly mash the banana with a fork or something similar. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a muffin tray with muffin cups.
- 2
Cream the margarine with a whisk, then beat together with the sugar until it becomes white.
- 3
Add the egg, then the heavy cream and mix well. Then sift in the powder ingredients (cake flour, baking powder & cinnamon) and the mashed banana and mix lightly.
- 4
Pour the mixture from Step 3 into the muffin cups. You can use a curry spoon to help pour the mixture in evenly.
- 5
Mix 1 teaspoon sugar (not listed) into the cocoa powder followed by 1 teaspoon boiling water (also not listed). Dribble this over the muffins and mix lightly with a skewer to create the marble pattern.
- 6
Bake the muffins for 20-25 minutes at 180°C. Pierce with a skewer and if the skewer comes out clean, then the muffins are done!

Baking with pancake mix is easy but if you leave them for a while, they just start to taste of pancake. Ripe Banana Muffins Ripe Banana Muffins
I and baked with lots of banana muffin recipes, but I liked my original recipe the best.I came up with this recipe more than 20 years ago with trial and error.it will be "really sweet" with the recipe amount of sugar.Even if you decrease the amount by half, it will be a little sweeter than pancakes, so please decrease the sugar amount to your preference. Please use lemon juice to prevent the bananas from browning, and it will refine the flavor. Caramel Banana Muffins Caramel Banana Muffins
I wanted to make soft, fluffy, buttery cake-like muffins with a small amount of butter, so I tried and tried and finally succeeded. Since I love this recipe so much, I want to keep it a secret. I bake these muffins in a variety of ways.If you prefer creamy caramel, then add 20 g heavy cream before adding the banana in the pot.The trick is the way to mix in the flour. Stop mixing as soon as the flour is mixed in!You must use fully ripened bananas with black spots So wait until the banana ripenens. For 4 muffin cups. Recipe by Marimo1016 cookpad.japan -

Whole Wheat Banana Muffins Whole Wheat Banana Muffins
I love the combination of bananas and walnuts.By adding whole wheat flour, I created a rustic tasting muffin.-Do not sift the whole wheat flour.-Chop the walnuts however you like. I chop them into slightly large pieces.-To prevent the bananas from discoloring, vinegar is better than lemon juice, since it doesn't leave a smell after baking.-You can also bake these in other molds or aluminum muffin cups.
