Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 tablespoonscoconut oil (about 35 grams)
  2. 2 tablespoonsgranulated sugar (about 30 grams)
  3. 1 tablespoonmaple syrup (about 20 grams)
  4. 1 1/3 tablespoonsmilk (about 20 grams)
  5. 1 cupcake flour (about 130 grams)

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the coconut oil and sugar thoroughly, then add the maple syrup and milk and mix well.

    Sift in the cake flour and mix into a dough, then knead by hand until the dough is smooth.

    Roll into a rectangle and trim the edges, then cut into small rectangles about 3/4 x 1 1/2 inches. Use chopsticks to make neat holes on the surface.
