S'More bark

I saw this recipe 'somewhere' and have been making it for several years. It makes a quick dessert or snack and little hands can even help!

I saw this recipe 'somewhere' and have been making it for several years. It makes a quick dessert or snack and little hands can even help!
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Using a jelly roll pan, line it with wax paper. Place the Graham crackers in the pan.
- 2
Using a microwave safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips, stirring frequently. Pour onto Graham crackers
- 3
Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips using the same bowl (no need for extra dishes) and also pour over the Graham crackers.
- 4
Gently swirl the two chocolates around the pan, making sure to cover all the crackers.
- 5
Sprinkle the mini chips and marshmallow into the melted chocolate. I will even press the marshmallows in so they adhere better.
- 6
Either cool on the counter or place in the freezer until all the chocolate has hardened.
- 7
Break apart and try not to eat the whole pan...

I saw versions similar to these on sucker sticks at an upscale confectionery, thought I'd make my own. This group will be enjoyed at a gallery closing event tonight with the fine arts association I'm on the board of. They fit the end of summer theme so well! Hope you enjoy them too. Devon -

S'more Cupcakes S'more Cupcakes
I decided that, due to hot weather in the summer and not wanting to sit aroung a fire, I needed to find a way to make s'mores without the fire and easy to eat. This is what I came up with! danimac1984
