  1. Halfcabbage, strios
  2. Halfcarrot, strips
  3. 1egg
  4. Garlic and shallot
  5. 2 packsudon
  6. stripsPork,
  7. Light soy sauce
  8. Dark soy sauce
  9. Cooking oil
  10. Oyster sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat wok, fry the egg then cut into strips, set aside

  2. 2

    Marinate pork strips with flour, soy sauce. Then set aside

  3. 3

    Saute garlic and shallot until fragrant. Then add pork until golden brown. Add in all veggies mix well. Pour seasoning then simmer until half done. After that put the udon and keep mixing until all are properly combine.
